– If necessary we will be happy to make hotel reservations before and after your hunt, but are not responsible for the quality of these third party services
A deposit of 50% of the cost of your hunt is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your hunt.
There are no deposit refunds upon cacellations, but if you cancel earlier than 60 days before your hunt starts, you may be able to pick a different date subject to free spaces.
